Two different jobs, one phone number. A blackout, a burning smell or a breaker that will not stay up is a 24-hour call-out and we come straight away. A rewire, a new consumer unit, solar panels or air conditioning is booked work, surveyed first and quoted at a fixed price before anything starts.
We are electricians licensed by the Junta de Andalucía and we work to the Spanish wiring regulations (REBT). That is what lets us issue the official certificate (boletín / CIE) your property needs to sell, to rent out legally, or to register a solar installation. An unlicensed installer cannot sign any of it.
Quotes, the work itself and the explanation of what the regulations actually require are all in English. The paperwork behind it - the distributor, the town hall, your community’s administrador - we deal with in Spanish, on your behalf, so you are not translating a technical argument you did not ask to be in.
